BlockEmpowered is an informational dashboard for a single validator node operated on the Metal Blockchain. It displays public on-chain data, historical performance, reward estimates, price information, and educational material about staking and delegation. It is a read-only, informational service: it does not hold funds, execute transactions, connect to your wallet, or provide any custodial or brokerage service.

This Site is intended for adults. By using it, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and able to enter into a binding agreement. The Site is not directed to children.

The Site openly encourages you to delegate METAL to the BlockEmpowered validator and provides tools and guidance to help you do so — this is promotional content for our own validator, and we earn a fee when you delegate to it. None of it is personalized financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and none of it is a recommendation that any particular person, based on their own circumstances, should buy, sell, hold, or stake any digital asset. Reward figures are estimates, not guarantees. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult a qualified professional before acting. The Site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the data, estimates, or calculations shown will be accurate, complete, or current. Blockchain data and third-party price feeds can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and figures may change without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlockEmpowered and its operator will not be liable for any loss or damage — including loss of profits, loss of funds, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or your reliance on any information it contains. You use the Site, and make any staking or delegation decision, entirely at your own risk.

Because the Site is offered free of charge, our total liability to you, regardless of legal theory, will not exceed the amount you paid to access the Site. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

The Site relies on third-party sources, including the Metal Blockchain network, the Metal Blockchain Explorer, CoinGecko, and CryptoCompare. CoinGecko provides ongoing, current METAL/USD pricing; CryptoCompare was used as a one-time historical source for closed validation period data. We do not control these sources and are not responsible for their accuracy or availability. The Site may also link to third-party websites, such as the official Metal Wallet or block explorers; those sites are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it. In particular, you agree not to:

The design, layout, text, and original content of the Site are the property of BlockEmpowered and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Underlying blockchain data is public and not owned by us. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce or repurpose its original content without permission.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you access the Site from outside California — including from other U.S. states or elsewhere — you remain responsible for complying with your own local laws, but these Terms and any dispute relating to them will still be governed by California law and heard in California courts, except where applicable law gives you the right to proceed elsewhere.
